Treasure Kids Academy

My daughter attended from 2023 to 2025, ages 2 to 4, and our experience was nothing short of incredible. When they say every child is treasured, they truly mean it. The level of care is exceptional. Every wall and ceiling tile is covered in student work or beautiful themed displays. The environment is vibrant, warm, and clearly built with love and intention. We were fortunate to have amazing teachers each year: Ms. Nisha and Ms. Trinity the first year, Ms. Vicky during the summer, and Ms. Marisol and Ms. Leo in her final classroom. Each one treated my daughter with kindness, patience, and encouragement. They helped potty train her, taught her numbers, and even how to write her full name — all before she turned 4! The admin team (Ms. Zulma, Ms. Lindsey, and Ms. April) were responsive and reassuring. They always kept me informed, called promptly about any accidents, and ensured my daughter’s safety. The fingerprint-access system for parents gave me extra peace of mind. Some standout experiences as a parent: — Water Days every Friday in summer — Creative homework and family projects — Monthly academic themes — School-provided meals and snacks — School art dedicated to family — Conferences with teachers to track learning — Professional school photos — Thoughtful events like “Donuts for Dads” I toured other centers before choosing Treasure Kids — and none compared. Leaving is bittersweet because my daughter is growing up, but I'm so thankful for this foundational experience. Thank you for helping shape her early years. We’ll miss you all so much! ❤️

The worst experience I’ve ever had as a parent. My child has suffered repeated injuries at this facility, and the most disturbing part is not just how often it happened, but the complete lack of professionalism and accountability from the staff. Each incident was met with vague explanations, no proper documentation, no medical follow-up, and absolutely no responsibility taken. I trusted Treasure Kids Academy with my child’s safety and well-being, and all we received in return was negligence, carelessness, and zero empathy. Communication was poor, preventive measures were nonexistent, and they continuously downplayed the seriousness of the injuries. This place doesn’t deserve to be called an “academy.” If you value your child’s health, safety, and development, stay far away from this center. Don’t risk what matters most.

We’ve been with Treasure Kids Ocoee since my son was 5 months old, he’s 18 months old now, and we love it. The teachers care so much about the kids and form real bonds. I’m sure teaching the children is really hard, but they never seem to let it show. All the teachers seem to be very invested in each kid and they have great communication. We’re pregnant with our next child now and are so excited to take them to Treasure Kids- we always have glowing words when asked. Our son has great social skills now and I think it’s because of his daycare!

Despite my lateness in writing this review, I noticed a post on Facebook that reminded me of the time my little boy spent at Treasure Kids. My son began attending Treasure Kids around 13 months before completing VPK. His experience set the bar for his academic life, safety, social development, and mental health for parents (they taught me too!). It might sound wordy, but Treasure Kids Academy really cares for the kids and parents that come through their doors! The teachers, the assistants, the front staff and the therapists.... Despite of his speech delay, he was treated as a little learning human without differentiation. He is now in second grade and often asks to visit or attend if it wasn't for sports. My sincerest praise goes out to Treasure Kids! It is a truly remarkable place and deserves to be recognized.
