Very welcoming. Every morning we are greeted as soon as we enter. Almost everyone in the building speaks. Always hear positive words about the children. My son Loves it and we are just happy that we can leave him with such wonderful people and work our jobs knowing he is in great care.
I cannot comment on the quality of care; this may be a perfectly wonderful center for the children who attend it. I cannot comment because when I called to ask questions I couldn't get two words out before the woman who answered cut me off and told me they didn't have room for my child. It's my understanding that most daycares have a waiting list and I know Trafalgar does as well. Families move, parents find other arrangements, things change all the time but I was cut off before I could even find out if I was interested in getting on the waiting list, much less how to do so. Extremely unprofessional.
Cook at the day care is racist. Dropped off a child on Friday and I heard her telling another teacher "My neighbor called and said their was a bunch of black guys out by car. So my husband ran out with his gun and all these beaners were out there. " That's all I heard from the front area. I would suggest they look at who they are hiring at the day care to teach christian values. update: we have not been back since and I'm sure the church is a wonderful place but we withdrew our child because I don't want him around language like that at his age. I did not say anything about the teachers as it was the cook who I heard talking. please read my review before stating it untrue
I can only say that the previous comment is not true. That is all I can say and all I am going to say. It is one person's word against another's. This Church and Center has been like a second home to me and my family for years. My Children have grown up here and we have been so blessed to have these employees in our lives!!
This place has gone so far down hill since Mrs. Linda has left that I wouldn't send my child here if it was the last option next to me losing my job. They have become shady and un-trusting. No wonder they can no longer keep valuable staff members. PARENTS BEWARE.
