Incredibly rude staff! Called to report a pothole. I’m told to call someone else. I explain that reporting the pothole to the town should be adequate enough to resolve the issue within the town. They strongly disagreed. The ladies in this office should not be the face of our township. Truly disappointing. Garbage pickup changes need to be addressed. Who agreed to these; who voted on this? Can we get an out in the open answer to the changes in pickup? Garbage trucks are leaving the bins in the road. It’s only a matter of time before there is a discrepancy of who’s liable when someone’s car hits an empty bin in the street. But we can’t just put bags to the road… Update: the pothole has now popped over a dozen tires (all on the right front of the vehicles)

Don't bother trying to arrive early - they keep the doors locked until the scheduled start time. People were standing in the rain for 45 minutes and they wouldn't let them in until 6pm sharp

Every department I have called or talked to has been fantastic. They have that small town friendly mentality.
