Tots Unlimited # 28

Back in 2011 my daughter was 3 years old who attended Tots Unlimited daycare on 83rd Ave in Glendale AZ. Let me tell you this place is ghetto!. The staff there hire inexperienced daycare workers that are impatient with children lots of abuse going on behind close doors. My daughter is now 18 graduated high school. She talk to me said mom I remember that daycare the staff was abusive. I asked her what they do she said she remembers a lady in pre-K room was serving lunch. She didn't want to eat what they served that day the care provider grabbed a spoon shoved the food in her mouth hitting spoon in her back throat forcing her to eat. She also remembers a lady in 3 year old room wrapped blanket around her head made her lay on her stomach to fall asleep. She said I was screaming crying couldn't breath. That could've been a result of suffocating and leading to death. The Director at the time Aguilar never address situation always threw things under rug. They probably now have new management. But I dont recommend this place dont ask how they get 5 star reviews. My daughter is now 18 she does remember at 3 and 4 years old. So daycare workers try using your words to redirect and not use your hands to make children do stuff. Believe me when they grow up they do remember alot. My recommendation this company needs to train on professionalism train in areas of child development conscious discipline for behavioral children. So the staff doesn't get abusive to children that dont listen or work with children that dont want to do certain things. Instead of sitting in rooms gossiping and cleaning and on phone. Work with children to find ways keep them entertained or busy you won't have so much of power struggles.

I love,love this place!!!! Ive had my kiddos here for 4years and I love it. Everyone is so nice,caring, thoughtful, and everything great that you can think of. Im so thankful for them.

My little one has been here for almost a year and I could not say enough good praises. With the help of Miss Briana and Miss Lisa my daughter has been preparing for kindergarten and can almost write her name. My daughter enjoys the activities and spending time with her friends and teachers.

I started my daughter at Tots when she was 9 months old and I was very cautious when she first started cuz she was my first baby. She had Ms. Brittany as a teacher and she was nothing less than amazing with my baby. Fast forward to earlier this year I had another baby, my son, and unfortunately had to start him a little earlier (3 months) because I had to get back to work and I was so sad and nervous sending him off that young but was at ease knowing he was going with Ms Brittany. Fast forward to now, she loves him as if he was her own and is the only teacher he doesn’t cry with when I drop him off! My daughter is on her 3rd classroom since starting at Tots and all of her teachers have been amazing. I get updates through the app all day on what she’s eaten, how much, her potties for the day and I get to see pictures as well! Special huge thanks to Ms. Brittany, Ms. Christina, Ms. Amber, Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Briana, Ms. Yesenia, and Ms. Soleil. The list could go on though, when I say all the staff there is great, I truly mean it!

I can't express how amazing the staff is at this daycare. I started my son here when he was 6 months old and since day 1, Brittany, Veronnica and Jasmine have made it easy leaving him in their care. I routinely get messages and photos of him throughout the day and a recap when I pick him up. It's comforting starting my day knowing he will be in good hands. The front staff are friendly and professional. The director has been incredibly helpful and is always available to answer any question that I have. I Would give more stars if I could.
