I absolutely love this daycare. My son has been going over a year now and me and his dad recently had to do fifty-fifty custody, so he doesn't go to the daycare. All the time, but even the weeks that he's not there. They still include him in the parties. And they still make him little gift bags. And this is the most amazing daycare. If you want somebody who's really going to care about your child, please bring them here.
Great friendly staff! My 1 year old is always well taken care of. He always has a clean diaper when I come at different times for pick up. They have windows on the classroom doors and when I peek through before opening the door, I'm always seeing the teachers so attentive to the baby toddlers and giving hugs to the ones upset to comfort them. I've had 100% good experience for the 6 1/2 my sons been there. 10/10
Tots unlimited has been amazing! We recently moved from California and my kids were in school previously but they had a very hard adjustment at the beginning. The teachers and office staff were so kind and welcoming every morning and always asking how the kids were doing. They worked with me and kept me updated throughout the day to assure me that my kids were doing good. My kids love it there and my daughter even runs away from me now to stay! Thank you to the amazing teachers and staff every single day for making us feel like family!
I took my 3 kids to this care at the beginning and my 2 older girls hated it the place did not want to come back since the staff there and had their and would accept any type of from their part so I no longer took them there and enrolled them at Boy and Girl's club instead. Left my 3 years and they really work with me and him not wanting to stay but when he got to the school age he no longer wanted to go . He would cry and say that they would get bullied and the teacher would not listen to him and every time something happened my kid was blamed for. I totally feel like they had it for my kid cuz I always stood up for him. Long story short my kid picked up bad words from this day care and he was let go one day.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here at both locations. Friendly staff, caring teachers. Whenever I have an issue, they do the proper procedures and get them taken care of the right way. I wouldn’t bring my children anywhere else, to anyone else. I’m thankful for such a caring, friendly, fun environment for all 5 of my kids.
