Absolutely amazing place to send your child. Highly recommend to anyone. The staff will love them as their own. It’s clean and welcoming. Attentive and warm. From the teachers aids to administration, they will help you with all of your needs, and become a second family. They’re understanding of time and schedule changes, and attentive to allergy needs! My family was there for 4 years all together and now in elementary school and we miss the place dearly. All our love and well wishes to Tots-N-Us Patterson.
We have been going here since my child is 2 when we moved to the area and we love it. Staff are all lovely, price is as good as it gets for childcare, and as a 2 parent working household we are so thankful that they are open literally all the time except the major holidays and don't follow the local school calendar. Most importantly my child loves it and has developed strong relationships with the staff and other children.
Horrible experience. This place is not for kids who receive early intervention or any special needs. In my own experience, I took my 2 year old here, and everything was fine the first week. Until the second week when my toddler cried two days in the row. We picked him up, and then I requested to talk with the owner to see if we can try another 2 weeks. All I said was ‘My kid needs a village for his development’. Owner Joe told me that he is welcome to come another week but that’s it because he doesn’t have the staff and they do not have the capacity to handle my kid. This day care gave up on my child. This individual does not have a heart and a care for kids, it’s all about business. Please think twice before enrolling your kid here. As a mother, my heart was broken hearing this response. My son and I will find another place that will accept us with open arms in his development.
Our daughter went to Tots-n-us and she loved it! We were very grateful for the caregivers and staff there, everyone was very nice and they had super flexible hours. We recommend them!
Great place! My youngest son went to the Patterson Tots-N-Us for a few weeks before Covid and it was the best experience we have ever had with a daycare/pre-k 3 program. My son would not potty train for anything! Two weeks in and working with Ms. Lani, he was fully potty trained. Covid hit and it was our choice not to go back due to covid NOTHING ELSE. I would highly recommend Tots-N-Us. The owner is a wonderful woman, the manager, Alyssa, is such a pleasure and the entire staff were so nice to our family. Thank you Tots-N-Us!
