Tot Town II Child Development Center

I dont trust this place. They lied constantly and left bruises on my child then claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. When I demanded an explanation they then said my sons arm were covered in bug bites not bruises. My son was losing weight while he was there and my sister and I both saw infants in bouncers all the time. They even had my 12month son in one, who was way to big. You could see that they are brown and are all over my sons arm. They aren't red bug bites.

The manager is nice but this place is horrible. They cant keep staff , my daughter in 7 months had 4 different teachers. This was my daughters first time in daycare and was 3 years old so of course there will be issues . One of the teachers openly talked bad about other kids so what are you saying about my child ? She misbehaved on days but was not the worse child and was bullied by a girl and the girl still could go there but said my daughter Couldn’t come back cause she tried to leave well she tried to leave cause she hated the place and I hate that was the only place accepting 3 years olds . When they called me to get her she had a busted lip !! The girl pushed my daughter down for the 2nd time (why she tried to leave) The teacher never told the director. Noone knew anything! I gladly walked her up out of the place . This place lacks professionalism and organization. She hadn’t learned anything but pride themselves on being a learning center . Btw my daughter is on a 5-6 year level was ahead of everyone fromThe work we do with her at home .Shes been in a new place and we’ve had zero issues.

I do not recommend this daycare, they kicked out my son because he was having a hard time adjusting to a new environment, they were not very patient with him at all.

They rather make you find another daycare for your kids instead of firing wokers who verbally and physically abuse your kids, they keep them cause they stay understaffed.
