A random drop in from CPS would do this place some good. They have so many resources they don't use and the most common answer to questions about my kids were often "I don't know." The worst part was learning they left non-nappers in the office with the doors closed and lights out and no supervision. I tried to compromise and asked if they could at least leave the door open and was denied. When I messaged the owner about not liking this, she tried to justify her actions and terminated the care for both of my kids. She eventually offered to bring my son back, but I am not letting him in a place so negligent. Please make sure if you ask for screenshots ask that all are shared. And if this place was so great, anyone looking for a place for their child can in fact look up all situations in which daycares are in violation. Something I wish I knew sooner. Oh and don't forget the screenshots in which I asked you to stop messaging me and you continued.
My Son loved the atmosphere, and the staff. He never made a fuss of going, he only spoke positively about his Time spent there. He was part of the crew day one due to the welcoming and comforting nature on which the center operates . It was always clean and organized. The owner went above and beyond to meet our needs, The center was a safe place and resource for support. She has a strong, moral compass and advocates for your child. From drop off to pick up, I never had to worry or doubt the quality of care in which he would receive.
My daughter has been there for only a month. But before she had only been watched by family and friends. My 2 year old daughter loves going to daycare everyday! I can barely get her to leave at pick up! There are hard days to drop off but the staff is so kind and loving and help her! Absolutely no complaints!
My sweet little 3 year old boy goes here everyday while mom works, the tot spot is the only daycare my baby boy has been to they have helped him with learning how to potty and learning independence. Also, a great place for older kids I don’t know what I would do without before and after school care. my 3 year old loves when big sister gets to hang out with him ❤️
When we moved to the area, I was struggling with finding the right daycare for my kiddos. Thankfully we landed at the tot spot. My kiddos absolutely love it there! Staff are so kind and it’s so easy to communicate with them. Thank you for helping me raise my kiddos and keeping them safe!
