My mom passed in Phoenix AZ . I contacted Aimy in PR . , I communicate with Aimy trough what’s up , text , pictures , recorded messages and by email . My was taken to PR in a few days after passing . At the funeral home the service was amazing , more than an owner Aimy was like a family member. Daisy her secretary was caring and friendly .. This business is a family affair . Aimy’s mom took care of us . From coffee to pastries . Mama made all of us chicken soup . My dad and I would like to say thank you Russe family for the amazing service. The burial service was flawless and comfortable . Aimy was so caring in placing the flowers on top of the pantheon . My family was pleased with the excellent service . She Aimy was very..polite..showed the meaning of velatory..I was confused at the begining..then..my family put..the limit..time then I couldn't have the velatory..we had to cremate then..sister Paulita couldn't come..she's married and had compromized..she was the best one that took care of the cremation she was the one that got the..org...better..than the other brothers. She counsilated me.conforted my soul..thank you Aimy to I on my way to Funeraria Torrencillas..to meet at the correct time..1:30 to 2:30pm
