My family has gone to The Toddler House for 3 years now. We have witnessed these teachers absolutely love on my babies. They are family to my boys. My oldest can’t wait to tell his teacher all about our weekend adventures. The Director has been with my oldest since the infant room and we love her like no other. My boys have asthma and while it’s tough no matter what, they’ve definitely eased my mind knowing they can handle things while I’m at work.
Our kids have been attending since they were 1 yr old and then from 5 months for my second. I feel confident and comfortable having our kids here. The teachers and administrators do a great job at communicating, and the fact that I can visit at any point increases my comfort levels. I highly recommend this day care.
My kids have been coming to this daycare since my 6 year old was 6 weeks old. I really love the staff. My children are really comfortable with their teachers. Ms.Belen is amazing she treat all the kids like they’re her own.
My son has been apart of this daycare for many years. The staff is always pleasant, always knowing how to talk to my child before the “mom call” which he understands.. he is able to express and communicate with all staff members.
Do not take your kid here ! 1. They left my daughter outside alone not once but twice and they couldn't find her . (First time she was alone on the swing, the 2nd time she was on top of the slide if she would have feel and hit her head nobody would have known. 2. They give information to people who are not on the list 3. There old employee told me they were doing things they weren't suppose to do 4. They told my special ed son he wasn't going on a field trip because he was bad that week instead of calling and letting me know (he came home crying he wasn't allowed to go) 5. I tried to take someone off the list to pick up my kid and she told me I wasn't allowed to take someone off th list 6. Then they gave me paper work Friday and because I didn't turn it in Monday they didn't allow my kid to stay , if your a working parent this is a problem . 7. A kid was chasing my son with a toy block trying to hit him and he was yelling "stop, stop, help someone help" he was about to turn around and hit the kid but he saw me at the door , the teacher was just sitting there with her hand on her face not doing a thing to help my son . But I bet you if he hit that little boy they would have called me and written him up ! But I so happen to come at the perfect time to see for myself why my son hits , they don't help him .
