Toddle Town Children'S Academy

I would give a 0 star rating if i could!!! The folks at this establishment are terrible with children. I've walked in on the counsler screaming at my child and other children. Half way through the summer, the owners changed up the rules, they put a clause stating "if your child has adhd they are required to be medicated, if they do not have their medicine that day, they will not be permitted to attend camp". I pulled my child out of this camp because she was constantly being targeted, and bullied and nothing was being done about it, except I would get a talk that my child was in trouble. There has been parents who go on field trips with the camp, and the parents are scolding the kids who attend the camp, and are not their kids. This place is not worth the time, frustrations, and definitely NOT worth the money. I am now seeing the effects of my daughter being screamed at repeatedly, and being called a liar over and over, BY THE ADULTS!! This place has destroyed her self esteem, and her confidence. It's comparable to PTSD. Lastly, anytime we confronted the owners, Amanda or Eric about any issues, they were nothing more than combative! If you're thinking of putting your child in this facility, good luck!! You've been warned!!

They are a danger to kids and the way that they handle teaching empathy, they use violent communication and look to blame the child instead of showing how to over come. They are not kind to nor do they care if a child behaves like a normal child. They are not equipped to handling a child they don't like. I have screenshots of proving the messaging and the lies. Do not recommend if you are on best beginnings.

Saw them with a group of children at the park today. The 2 ladies with them stared at their phones and only looked up to yell at the kids to stop “yelling” when wasps were trying to get in the kids lunches. They all couldn’t have been more than 5 years old and weren’t interacted with or given really any positive attention the entire hour my family was at the park and they were here before we arrived. They had the kids sitting around for about 20min with backpacks on waiting in the heat (the high today is 102° and it was about 90° the entire time we were here) before packing them up on their van. Not my kids but if I was paying for their services to take care of my child I’d want to know.

I have three children and they were able to get all three into their care. All three kids are doing well and really like it there. The kids always tell me that they had a great day. Thank you all for the wonderful work you do. I know my kids are safe.

Great childcare program. Works with state pay and took my infant with no problem. Great place.
