Our daughter attended from 8 weeks until 18 months. The newborn care was excellent. Loved the teachers and the care they provided. The first toddler room was also great... they really got to know our child and provided regular updates on her development. We were disappointed with the second toddler room. Her teachers were constantly changing and they seemed inexperienced. We didn't feel that conflicts between kids were addressed correctly. But our primary concern was that there wasn't much of a curriculum or enough focus on learning and development.

Poor leadership, high teacher turnover, penalize parents who give feedback or ask questions, inconsistency in classroom structure, passive aggressive conflict tactics. It's your kid, is it worth the risk? Read the other review, some things just don't change.
