I enrolled my child about a year ago and it was the best decision I made as a parent. My concerns if I ever have any are heard and respected. The center is clean, welcoming and inviting, and full of so much laughter and love. I am greeted each morning with a smile and friendliness. My child comes home happy and eager to tell me about his day. He loves to show me what he has done around the room. His classroom is full of learning. Thank you Today's Child.

Our daughter has been at this daycare for about three months, and overall, the experience has been positive. The staff/teachers (from all the classes) are warm and welcoming; and our Daughter enjoys her time in the infant room and is doing well. We’ve noticed some new behaviors (as expected at this stage), but she seems to be adjusting and thriving. We appreciate the care and attention she receives every day!

My child attended Sharon hill location camp for the summer. We are new to Sharon Hill and I have a baby due in 2 weeks so I was initially very excited that I found a child care facility that could meet my child care needs and potentially be a service for my new born as well. Unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. As a parent I think that a welcoming environment is very necessary when caring for children, parents worry naturally and would like to feel as comfortable as possible with the care being provided for there child. My biggest concern was that my child has been attending all summer and the director present during the morning never not once even spoke to me saying something as simple as hello or giving a welcoming smile. She just was not welcoming at all didn’t really seem like she liked her job too much which raises concerns as a parent. How can a parent walk in the door every morning and you look them in their face and not think to speak? Also every time I picked my son up he was laying down sleep and would complain about how boring his days be at camp. There were no structural activities going on to keep the kids engage. The directors did not seem well trained whenever I had a question even a simple one I.e: what are the fees associated with late pick up? The directors would never have the answers I would always have to wait days for them to get back to me after following up with owner I just feel like directors should be equipped to answer basic questions. Overall I was very disappointed I intended to have my son continue care there for after school care as well as my new baby but this experience changed my mind. I also do not like that they pro rate your co payments for the week before, they do not offer receipts when you make payments and post payments to your account based off of when director deposit payment in business bank account vs at the time you actually submitted payment

I'm am very pleased with today's child main center located on Sharon Ave. The director is phenomenal and the staff are great as well. They are very proactive when it comes to the well being of the children at the center; meaning they do not allow for their staff to harm nor disrespect the children in anyway. If they have a problem with your child, they'll call you immediately so that YOU the parent can handle and defuse the situation with your child should they feel they are unable to on their own. I am a very protective parent and I love it there and my children do too.

I've been using their services for years now and never had a complaint. They always were very attentive to my children and took to them as though they were their own kids. If an incident arouse I knew about it immediately, which is always a good thing in my book. They actually aim to educate your child and that is what always pleased me about this facility.
