I highly recommend families looking for day care services for their children, look elsewhere. Random bruises and bite marks they initially couldn’t explain on my niece upon pick up. Then they abandoned her outside in the cold, for an extended period of time. She is a toddler, and still too young to advocate for herself. These are the things we are aware of. Who knows what else they have done and not documented. Please protect your children from this negative and negligent establishment. They don’t deserve to be care takers.
I truly feel that the staff genuinely care about the safety and well being of the children that attend. My children have been attending for years now. In my experience the director who is currently at this center is fantastic and has gone above and beyond to make sure my children are cared for properly. My youngest daughter has a disease that requires special care and the director along with the staff were more than willing to learn how to care for my child and attend to her needs. Any minor issues I ever had were immediately addressed and communicated. I am confident that my children are taken care of. I would and have recommended this center to others!
A close family friend of mine brought her daughter here. On her daughter’s first day there, she left with a giant bruise on her face and no one could explain how it got there. As of recently, she was left outside for an extended period of time… she is ONE. I would not bring your children here. This place is clearly not a safe environment for children.
My son has been going to Today's Child, and specifically the Clifton center, for years. He loves it as do I!! I have always found the staff to be friendly and caring. They take an active interest in the kids and their interests...and even come to basketball games to cheer on the kids when they can (shout out to Mr. Justin!). They go above and beyond to make sure that the kids have a safe, secure and healthy environment in which to learn, play and have fun.
