Being apart of the TLE family has grown me and my daughter so much. As a first time mom I want for my daughter to receive love everywhere she goes and everytime she comes here she just receives an abundance of love. She’s made lots of friends and all the teachers love her! Not only that but there’s Learning opportunities everyday. There’s so many skills my daughter has picked up from being here and I couldn’t think of anywhere better to have her! Happy, she really is here! I’d definitely recommend TLE for other families!! 10/10!!

We love the Learning Experience in Farmington Hills. My two year old daughter has been going there for a year and a half. She looks forward to going to daycare and tells us how much she likes her teachers and friends. The caregivers are kind role models and they provide an age appropriate learning environment with their curriculums. They provide updates on their activities and feedback throughout the day with their online ap. I get told by others that my daughter seems ahead socially and cognitively, and I attribute a lot of this to daycare. Being recently potty trained, the staff in her room communicate with me closely and have helped encourage her progress. My daughter is frequently the first kid in the building when the doors open at 6:30am so I can make it to work on time. The mom guilt that comes with having that early of a morning for your toddler away from home is eased by knowing the good hands I am leaving her with. My 3 month old son is starting there in a few weeks when I return to work from maternity leave.
We're so happy we chose TLE. The price is a little higher than some others, but the care is high quality and they do accept my employer’s discount benefit. The people who work here are so awesome, and their dedication shines through every single day. SAFE AND SECURE Im really happy with the security here. The teachers and staff seem to know every kid and parent. They are very observant and involved, so you know someone would notice right away if a stranger walked in. I also love their staff setup, having the same main teachers plus a few who rotate has really helped my baby get comfortable no matter who is in the room. Plus, they're flexible and understanding, and they really try to help if you have concerns or special requests. AMAZING TEACHERS AND ADAPTED MONTESSORI STYLE The teachers seriously go the extra mile. They clearly care so deeply for the children, and they get to know them as individuals to help them learn and grow at their appropriate pace. I love that they make things adapted to a child's height, even with the infants! The floor toy shelves, tables and chairs, and baby-height mirrors help them learn to be independent. We get photo and text updates every day on how our girl is growing and learning, as well as all her naps, meals/bottles, and diapers.They read to the babies a lot and focus on the skills each child is currently working on. HIGHLY INVOLVED DIRECTORS It’s so reassuring that the Directors are highly involved, spending a lot of time with the students. Because they see my child at her best, they notice if something is wrong. THEY MAKE THE SNACKS They offer prepared food for the kids, starting with the older babies. It takes a ton of stress and work off my plate as a parent. DEAR MANAGEMENT: I hope the tuition heavily supports these amazing staff members who stick around, which is the biggest benefit to the kids. Please keep investing in your teachers—they truly are the absolute best part of TLE!
We really enjoyed sending our son to TLE! Unfortunately, it was too far from our house but the few months that he was there, everyone treated him with love and kindness. I will genuinely miss his teachers and bringing him there knowing he was in the best hands possible. The facility is clean and always a happy environment. My son always looked happy to be there in photos and learned so much! Thank you, TLE family!
