We had an absolutely incredible experience with TLC. The staff was incredible and it was so well run. Communication was great and my son was excited to attend his 3 days a week! We struggled finding a place that was a good fit for him as he was entering at around 2 during speech therapy. But they made it so smooth and made us feel comfortable. At the end of each day we got a sheet saying exactly what the kids ate, how much, how long they napped etc. on top of that the security is top notch. Sadly my son has departed due to starting school, but our next child will 100% be enrolled!!! Thank you TLC!!
At this point we all get it, your upset that your child was removed once again from a child care facility. However, since I personally paid for your child's scholastic books to be sent to you and had 2 parent meetings prior to removing him from the facility, clearly I do care about the children I sever. Continuing to have your “friends” create false statements, who have never been under our care, becomes a legal issue. It is easy for anyone to see the truth beyond your rants. The facility has a waiting list over 3 years long with parents continuing to call daily. I will continue to maintain my professionalism in order to provide the highest quality of care for all children enrolled.
My son has been going here since he was 4 months old. He's over a year and half and loves it. He learns so much here. He comes in every day and runs right to his room. Every day when I pick him up he likes to say good bye to everyone and loves all the staff. They are very fair , caring, and realistic and I am very grateful.
We love this place!! the staff is super friendly and they are always willing to help out anything. As first time parents it was great to have the staff as a resource when strategizing on how to deal with issues that might come up through out the day that we might not see at home. Our 2.5yr son LOVES the staff here and runs in to greet them with a hug. Our second child will also be attending this Hilton location of TLC later in 2018.
We love TLC and all of their staff. The staff treat every child as if they were their own. Cannot recommend this facility enough! Our daughter has grown and learned so much as well - all thanks to TLC. We are so grateful to you all!
