We as parents send our child/children to daycare thinking they are in good heads and for the child to come home like this is unacceptable. Child ponytails were repositioned to cover bald spot. I need answers. Call around trying to know and find out what happened to my child the director displayed attitude as if she don’t care “Alexis” Called the corporate number and that made you get out your bed to go up to the facility, only god himself know if you was actually trying to find out what happened or were you deleting footage. I have some concerns I would like to talk with the owner about , my kids have been attending by his grace since new born at 3 different locations since now. We're currently on buckboard currently and on yesterday I got off early to ensure my children's safety due to the weather .(3kids) I pick my Pre-K up and patiently waited on my Kindergarten bus to arrive , it was nearly 4 o'clock I got worried and went inside the daycare and ask was there an eta on arrival of the bus.. The first young lady was nice to ask the staff everybody stared at her , she then stated there is my director which is Alexis she proceed to ask the same question . Alexis looked and me and caught an attitude about me being concerned about my kids turn her BACK to me and didn't reply so I asked again she then say with an attitude he don't get here until 3:55 . I walked out one of her working follow me and apologized for how I was being treated for being concerned and stated she was also feeling the same way because her child was on that bus. Today after dropping kids off at the daycare the older lady was talking to my kids with an attitude about what they need to do before it was time to get on the bus looking at me with a mug . I guess after yesterday event reflected there attitude but I will be looking for another daycare to take me kids to school after today.

I'm a first time mom and when I dropped my child off I cried ...a lot. By his grace infant teachers make have put my mind at ease since I enrolled my child. Ive gotten a phone call ensuring my child was okay, I heard my child cooing over the phone and even sent pictures of my child. So far they have gone out of there to help a first time mom like myself to put the parents mind at ease. That ensures they care about the child and parent as well as business.

If I could give no stars I would. My niece came home with a patch of her hair missing and someone actually tried to cover it up by moving the ponytails. Then when I tried talking to the “director” Alexis she never did try to resolve the situation. Who is the owner????

This place is awesome! The owner is easy to talk to and all of the teachers go above and beyond for my children. Very satisfied
