⭐️0/5- IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!!! Where do I even begin? I originally had the program, but when it came time to renew, I informed them that I was no longer working but still attending school. I called my caseworker the day before my application expired someone else answered and promised to pass along the message, but I never heard back. The next day, after my application had expired, my caseworker finally called and told me it was too late. I tried to explain that I had reached out before the deadline, but she refused to help and was extremely rude. WHEN THATS LITERALLY HER JOB!!!!!!!! For months, I called and called for updates, always being patient and polite, and got the same responses every time: “We’ll call you back” or “It’s still being reviewed.” Fast forward to now - it’s November, and my funds were finally accepted on November 5th, yet my case is still “waiting to be looked at.” When I reached out to my new caseworker, she questioned my application because my boyfriend was listed, so since he isn't the child's Father, she said I’d have to remove him, but to do that she’d have to reject my entire application. Meaning I’d go right back to the bottom of her list. She also claimed my school documents weren’t uploaded, even though I knew I submitted them. When I pointed it out, she was rude until she finally found them. By the time they even review it again, I’ll already have graduated, and all the help I’ve waited months for will be useless. I delayed writing this review hoping they’d fix the situation, but they haven’t. the Staff have only become ruder and less helpful. This system is supposed to help mothers who are working or going to school, not make it harder. The staff are unprofessional, unorganized, and nearly impossible to reach. I’ve stayed patient for as long as I could, but you get to a point where you're just done fed up. This entire process has been a nightmare. It’s truly disappointing that an organization meant to support families can be so careless and inconsiderate. I hope they make serious improvements in how they treat people and manage their communication moving forward.

Honestly it is so frustrating to work with this center in Ft. Myers. I went into the facility to do the transfer of care and the computers were having an error of not letting me choose the new center that he was going to be going to so they said they can just select the chosen daycare that I told them about. Has there been an update? No. I have contacted my case worker Yeniset 4 times so that I can get an update on my son’s transfer of care. NO RESPONSE. He has already started the new daycare and at this point I need it back dated now. No one ever answers the phone. You could call them first thing in the morning or right after lunch and there is never an answer. Why have the telephone number up then? I’ve supplied all the documents I needed and it’s just not getting done. Is this the only way I’ll be able to get a response if I put a one star?!

Mrs. Allen is such a hard worker. She is there with a positive attitude, great communication and a professional attitude each and every morning. She makes sure everything is always running smoothly along with Mrs. Yolanda and Mrs. Sara. They are also amazing teachers! I truly feel they care and love my daughter. My daughter is in the 3 year olds class at RVP elementary and they make me feel right at home! Thank you ladies for all you do. I have had 0 issues or complaints since we started.

Was in a waiting room for a good bit. I had some issues but then Karla Saved the day. She worked with me through what was going on and got everything handled properly and smoothly. Also, I Like to thank the other employee who gave my daughter a teddy bear For the inconvenience.

Jamie T. and Lexie V. are by far the most helpful and kind specialist who go above and beyond to help. With so many individuals requesting assistance with the portal change, I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have come in contact with them. They return phone calls in a timely manner and was willing to help right on sight.
