Our kids love it here! The owner, Shannon, is awesome, and her staff (especially Kelly, Amy, and Dana) are great caretakers and teachers. A few years ago, they put an addition above the original building to care for the newborns. The main floor is open play and learning space. They serve breakfast and lunch and open early (6:30 AM) and stay late (6 PM). I wholeheartedly recommend Tiny Tykes to anyone in the Pleasant Hills/Jefferson Hills area looking for quality daycare at a fair price.
We couldn't be happier with Tiny Tykes! Our son has been going there for years, and he absolutely loves it. The teachers are fantastic and maintain an excellent line of communication. He's constantly learning and bringing home the cutest crafts. Best investment we could've made for him at this age.
My two kids were put on the waiting list for years, was promised placement in a year and phone call follow ups periodically when space became available; never happened. They strung me along and was never able to place my children. They cater to newborns families that will participate in their program for the entirety of their development. If your kids are older, don’t waste your time; it certainly was a wasted effort for me. Disappointing.
My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old and we absolutely love Tiny Tykes. The staff is really outstanding.
