At Tiny Tot Learning Center, we take every concern seriously and always strive to communicate openly with our families. In this case, we followed our standard procedures to ensure the child’s safety and well-bein. We also scheduled a meeting to discuss the child’s needs and offered a full refund. Although the parent did not attend. While we understand that emotions can run high when it comes to children, we remain committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for every child and family. I love this daycare.My daughter has been there for two years and has went to other daycares before and I can say my child development in her communication and her social skills has improved so much. I love that they have an app which keeps you updated on what your child does throughout the day , makes me still feel connected to my child while im at work.
They wouldn’t keep my daughter full hours there open cause she “cries to much” also hurt herself and they never made and incident report then lied to me about it . Wouldn’t recommend if it’s ur kids first time in day care .
Great daycare my daughter loves all her teachers and is always excited to go!
