My child has been enrolled for some time now and they are discriminating against my child and his needs.. when i met with the staff i had discussed with them about how my son is suspected to be on the spectrum and may need a little bit more attention but he is overall a very well mannered and listening child i sent him there for the first week and when the week was over i got a email stating my son was biting pushing and choking and blaming my home life on how it may impact the way he acts in school and i couldn’t have been more furious not because they had emailed me but because they couldn’t pull me aside at pickup to discuss it in person and then proceeded to call my son a hazard when he is a two year old boy and this is his first daycare then they lied stating my son peed in his pull up and had an accident in his pants which he is FULLY potty trained and when i confronted them they swore he had a accident but was sent home in the same underwear and pants i sent him to school in that day then they proceeded to arguewith me about what time i needed to be there to pickup my child when initially i told them with the job i have i cannot be able to pick up til about 430 due to my job being a distance away and traffic and they are FORCING me to pickup my child at 330 they are very unprofessional and i dont appreciate the way they approach things let alone the way they email me about my child
very unprofessional, unorganized , inconsiderate, i dislike the staff. they’re always short staffed i just think they should close down.
