There are so many wonderful things I can say about Tiny Giants. My husband and I had our first baby in Chicago. We moved there for work, so we didn’t have a large network there. A coworker recommended Tiny Giants and we tried them out. It was such a welcoming and comforting experience. I truly felt my baby was loved and cared for by all the teachers there, as well as the Director. My baby started in the 6 month class and stayed until he got to the first toddler class (we moved states). I saw how much he learned, laughed, played with other babies and made friendships here. I made a special bond with his teachers and cried my eyes out when it was time to leave. They take cleanliness and the child’s safety seriously too. I loved our time here and would recommend Tiny Giants to anyone!
This is really a 4.5. We were in the infant and toddler rooms and mainly had a great experience. Loved the classrooms, the communication, the community they foster, all of the events, and a lot of the teachers, who truly seem to care about the kids. They have Mr Ray come in weekly to sing songs and play the guitar and dance. They’ve got a great menu of food and even a PM snack at 4:45, which we loved. They were so organized and prioritized the kids having fun and being engaged. We felt our child was very safe and well looked after there. We loved the daily videos and pictures. Our only issues were with how frequently they asked us to pick up our child for illness symptoms, sometimes for very very minor things that couldn’t even be seen at pickup. Not only did we have to constantly pick up our child, but every single time they asked us to bring in a Dr note to return. This happened more than once even without a fever, or if a Dr has already addressed the issue, like a rash, in a previous “pick up your kid and get a Dr note to come back” situation. So bottom line, TG is a really excellent daycare but you do need to have the flexibility to have your kid home with you maybe once or twice a month, and the financial freedom to visit the dr every single time.
Attentive and caring teaching staff and administration. In all classrooms, we felt our kiddos were treated like members of family and not as numbers. I always felt confident when leaving my kids at Tiny Giants that they would be challenged and cared for.
This is a great place for the children to learn and develop. The teachers are friendly and very nice.
