Tiggeriffic Preschool & Daycare

My son made a complaint about one of the staff at the end of May 2021 and when talking to the owner she said she would look into it and call me back, she told me that her staff would not do that and she never called me back instead she went on vacation to Hawaii. I took my son out of that daycare because of the complaint he made towards the staff and because the staff only focused on the time out issue and the big belly teacher (that's how my son described the staff) and not the issue that worried me the most. The staff has no child education what so ever as one of the staff said she would tell my son to stop stuttering! like if it's something he can avoid doing. The owner is not professional at all and would not recommend this facility to no parent.

Boise Location : Three weeks ago my child came home with a big bruise bite mark on her forehead. The daycare claim that they thought the other kid was hugging her. They had us sign the paper for an incident report stated that it was normal injuries. They said its normal that kids get hurt and things happen. A week later again my daughter came home with a scratch on her face and this time I need to know what happened. Nobody couldn't explained the details & how it happens but told me my daughter fell on a toy! I was very upset and decided to take her out and gave them two weeks notice, the next day they changed the door code thought were not coming back. After we gave them two weeks notice, they just expecting us to leave right away or assume we are not coming back. So I don't know why we even submit two weeks notice. They always short staffs couldn't keep all the good teachers. They have high turnover. I am glad I found a good place for my daughter now. And no more holiday paid fee on the day your kid stay home and get charge for. I hope nothing like this will happen again to other parents.

I am sending my boys here for the summer. They love it. The staff is super friendly. The last daycare we were at was horrible, kids screaming and teachers had no control. What a difference this place is. The kids are always having fun without being out of control. They provide snacks and lunch which make mornings easier on me. They do field trips and water days. The rooms are always clean and the staff always tells me how the day was. They let me know weeks in advance that they might be closed two extra days for the holdiday and it was also in the paperwork I signed that they have two floating holiday day they would use. They let the parents pick what 2 days would work best for a majority vote and they ended up not using them because most people were still working. They could have done it and left us all with our kids having no care for those days. But they didn't. My kids love this place and so do I.

If you are worrying about SAFTY for your kid this is NOT place for you! Absolutely horrible! I was taking my kids there for over 8 months in beginning was really nice. But last 2-3 months their staff rate has had an incredible turnover rate since we started and it got so bad lately that their infant room would have new employees in there at least ones a week. I hated feeling like my son was always being watched by strangers. My daughter was in toddler room and she never did anything other than paying with broken toys! 2-3 year old should be doing more than that don’t you think? Teachers working there seem overworked. There are way too many kids and not enough teachers. Not be surprised if your kid gets home with bumps, bruises, bites sometimes you will get incident report and sometimes they have no idea what happened. You will get call from them ones or twice a month to pick up your kid for “FEVER”, rash, bug bites or just spit up that looks “DIFFERENT” and you need doctor’s note to bring them back .Let me tell you something new I learn in this place, when you check fever make sure to add 1 degree because that what is right way!! REALLY!!! Well works for them one less kid to take care off and you are paying for that day. (Even my doctor told me that something is wrong with this place every time I take them in for note) There is no communication; you need to read notes on the wall to see what is going on, when is HOLIDAY that you don’t know about but you have to pay for! She will not pay her employees for holiday but she will collect $$ from you. Owner Ms. Brandy Galushkin just sees big DOLAR on your kids head but she will tell you that she cares and loves you kid. PLEASE! Parents OPEN your eyes and look around when you drop/pick up your kids, but wait you are NOT allowed to spend any time in their just kick your kid of the door and leave!! STATE LAW that’s what the owner Ms. Brandy Galushkin told me but STATE law is totally different. She doesn’t want you to see what is going on in there. You don’t know what your kid is eating in there. Yes she has lady that works in kitchen but only makes Russian food. You are paying big $$ but there is no fresh veggie or fruit or food that kids like to eat. But she will tell you that every meal there is. When you enrollment your kids you are required deposit for 2 weeks (my was $414). Deposit was to be refunded at end of contract if you give her 2 weeks’ notice , when I went to give her 2 weeks’ notice she just told me I can leave right now and $$$ is not refundable!!! Just don’t know how she can still be in business!! I do NOT recommend this place. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL DIDN’T FEEL MY KIDS ARE SAFE!

I sent my kid Tiggeriffic at Boise location since he was two months old. He has stay there for more than one year. Overall, they are doing good job to take care of my kid. They always keep him clean and safe. They always have written report if something happened on him (bitten by other kid for example). Basically he is growing up there safely and healthily. Several teachers are very sweet. My kid likes them and he is pretty happy there. They have big back-yard and nice indoor playground for kid to play. They also offer morning/afternoon snack and lunch. That saves lots of time for working parents. Also, they did report lice outbreak and post the information on the door when it happened couple months ago. The only downside is that teacher turnover rate is a little high. Looks like they are making effort to address that. They also make effort to have more activities for kids (water day @ Wed, Hawaii day @ Friday, BBQ et al).
