The only thing I truly feel like I gained from my experience at Tigers Den daycare is what to stay away from when picking a child care facility. Here you cannot ask questions without feeling rushed or confused after. If you're comfortable with knowing little to nothing about your child's day then this is the place for you! If you are an involved parent who notices and questions things just stay away. It's frustrating when you're not allowed to be involved with your child and when you have questions, it's the same old routine answers like "I don't know" or "I wasn't here". Meeting the director to get answers was no better... I was only met with eye rolls, her recording me without prior knowledge (I noticed the reflection of the recording through her computer screen), and the same answers over and over; only at the defense of staff instead of understanding everyone doesn't do things from 30+ years ago. Some people truly care about their kids' day and experiences and to be denied access to your child is ridiculous. I unfortunately have so many more negative examples/stories about how things are handled it's soo upsetting and exhausting.
Clean facility and great service. And excellent teachers. My kids learn something new every day
