ANY REVIEW THAT IS 5 stars is A LIE!!!!!!! & i’m 100% positive they are family members or close friends. I have seen so many parents yelling at the staff for MANY situations so I know for sure these parents are not commenting these “wonderful lies”! I do not recommend this daycare to ANYONE! do NOT bring your children here! They are extremely unprofessional, there has been numerous occasions where my daughter has come home with marks on her & nobody not even the director Ms.ADA! can tell me what happened and how it got there. They have lost many of my daughter’s items & the staff members are extremely rude. I have walked my daughter into the rooms and the staff just sit there like they are mad to see another child. The way they go about “teacher development” is far from it. They close at random days for long periods of times and make sure they reopen on that monday so they can receive that payment though😂. Oh and not to mention they shut down the other location due to bankruptcy & merged everyone over to this location just to shut it down for “renovation”. when really they are going broke because NOBODY wants to take their kids to such an establishment like this one. I have tried for so long to not make a bad review about them but enough is enough & I really wish I would have read their reviews before enrolling my daughter here. So if you do anything today when reading this..DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

This daycare decided to abruptly close without proper notice. We received calls on a Tuesday informing of the closure scheduled for less than ten days away. They gave a 48 hour notice that the 24-hour service that’s advertised is no longer available. This was very unfortunate, upsetting and unprofessional. This has caused many families to impulsively change their lived due to the improper notice. This decision has left many families without proper childcare and employees without employment. This daycare center has always had a high turnover rate due to management and lack of training. I would not recommend this daycare for any child or a place of employment

This has been very much a blessing in my life as a single mom who works a lot. My son is 2.5 and is absolutely excelling here. He has learned so much and the staff is very much involved with the children and parents. I don’t see myself using a different daycare ever again. I believe old reviews are from older ownership. I’ve had no issues and my child is very happy.

This was the first daycare my son had. I chose him because of the schedules and because he had good opinions. At first everything seemed to be going well, but over time I realized that it was not a good place. She worked there (hopefully she's gone), a negligent employee, who left the children unsupervised, turned the TV on at full volume, how was she going to listen to the children like that? One day my child was bitten under her care, a child older than him, I wonder what she was doing that she did not find out what happened, no one notified me, I realized when I got home, unfortunately my child still did not speak And he couldn't tell me. And I so regret not taking action with that horrible place! The last weeks that my son spent here were very sad, I don't know what was happening, but for him it was horrible to stay there every day, and my soul ached every time I left him, but I had to work while looking for another place Better, I had no one to help me. I feel guilty because I think my son was suffering a lot there and I should have denounced them. The day my child started the new daycare, our lives changed, my child became a happy child. The owners of this place showed me that the only thing they care about is money. And the employees were hypocritical and irresponsible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE, THERE ARE MANY BETTER PLACES, I ASSURE YOU.

My children have attended both locations over the past year. The owners are very supportive of me as a parent with excellent communication always keeping me informed. Before enrollment I was given a tour and a mini orientation on what to expect from the facility. For the safety and health of the children I understand why foot traffic in & out of the facility is limited. I must say that this daycare facility is super clean and always sanitized offering good structure for the children which puts the children at ease knowing what to except. I’m very pleased with the measures that the owners have taken to assist in the prevention of not spreading COVID-19. As, business owner myself of multiple businesses. I am grateful to have found this facility. If you are in need of proper childcare. I highly recommend reaching out and scheduling your tour and orientation; I believe you will be just as pleased as I am with Tick Tots Around The Clock!
