We love Thrive!! When we first moved to Boerne I talked with numerous daycares before selecting Thrive. From the first interaction you could tell that their primary concern is your CHILD. Anything and everything else is secondary. They will go out of their way to ensure that your child is in a safe, caring environment. Each and every staff member I have interacted with is caring and warm and has deep compassion for children. Every drop off everyone we see greets my kids by name. One morning my toddler was exhausted from a poor nights sleep and I made a joke in passing to Staci Baros (the director) who, without hesitation, set up a little bed for him in the teachers’ lounge so he could get a little nap in 🥹 They also always have the cutest activities planned and are wonderful at sending you pictures and updates through out the day. Also, it’s worth noting, I’m 100% sure Staci would throw hands with ANYONE who threatens the safety of the children. Her one and only concern is keeping the children safe and secure while in her care. She is quick to let you know when illness pop up and what symptoms to look out for and, to the best of her ability, she tries to keep the spread of illnesses to a minimum. I know there is a decent wait list to get in but it is well worth it. We adore Thrive and I can imagine no better place for my kiddos.
Can't say enough good things about Thrive. Our oldest started there when we moved to San Antonio right at the start of the covid pandemic, and I have been nothing but grateful for the responsiveness, kindness, and transparency we've had from this team from Day 1. Our oldest adores her teachers to the point that she definitely prefers them over me, and we just started our baby in the infant room a few months ago. We trust the staff and facility completely and are very fortunate to have this for our kids! Edited to add that everything above is still very true AND while I might not trust Staci with my houseplants I 1000% trust her and everyone else at Thrive with both of my children. They teach and love our kids so well every day.
The staff at Thrive has been absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly attentive and very involved in the care of my daughter. Her teachers are communicative on her progress as she is only two weeks new to Thrive. My daughter has been very happy each day during her new experience and sleeping great with all the activity!
We love Thrive and the Thrive Staff! As a mother of two, I feel comfortable and confident in their program and ability to care for my children. I am extremely grateful for their Director, Staci Baros, for going above and beyond to help my family during a time of need.
