I cannot speak more highly of Jefferson Kindercare. Our daughter was here for over two years and our entire family had such a phenomenal experience. We only left because we moved, and I sincerely miss the entire staff there - teachers, director, and assistant director. Every one of our child's teachers was caring and professional, and I trusted them implicitly with her safety. They were also great at communicating with parents. Even during COVID, they maintained a connection with students and families; the first few months of the pandemic, they held Zoom calls so the students could see their friends. We left about 6 months ago and my daughter still talks about her friends, her teachers, and how much she misses it there. This amazing group of individuals will always be an extension of our family!
My daughter started at Jefferson daycare when she was 3 months old. All of the teachers, as well as Miss Jamella who is the Center Director, made us feel like family. I never worried when she was at daycare. Furthermore, her teachers were genuinely interested in her happiness, growth and development. As a health care worker, I also appreciated how diligent they were regarding safety practices during Covid. We had to leave because we moved out of center city, but I so miss this daycare and their teachers! I would recommend them without hesitation to any parents!
The staff are really nice when you walk in the door everyone greet you as you walk through out the center.
