I had an absolutely horrible experience with This Little Light of Mine Academy. I would give zero stars if I could. SHANNON, the owner, and ROSEMARY, the ONLY teacher there, showed a complete lack of care and professionalism. They put my 9-month-old son’s belongings outside in the heat. His diapers, wipes, food, formula, everything like he was a nobody. Who does that to a baby? Not only was this completely unacceptable, but I also have evidence of them sending me photos and videos of other children in their care WITHOUT the parents’ consent. That is a major privacy violation and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, I received a photo of my baby outside without a jacket or hat, even though I provided both. He was the only child without proper clothing, and just so happens, he was also the only Black child and the youngest one there. The lack of basic care and attention is disturbing. This place is not safe, not nurturing, and clearly not inclusive. I would never trust them with any child, especially not one as young and vulnerable as mine. Parents, be warned!
