What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Third Street Alliance's learning center staff, citing excellent child development outcomes and strong teacher-child relationships. The facility is recognized for going above and beyond in care, responsive communication, and creating positive learning experiences. Beyond childcare, the center is valued as a community resource providing support services for women and families in need.
I can't speak for the services they provide, but the architecture is astounding, and I wish it was an event venue or bar. But I guess what it actually is, brings much more value to the community.
Learning center staff are great I love how much and how far my kids have accomplished. I also love the communication they message me right away when there’s a problem and also love seeing the report of Procare app. Thank you so much Third Street Alliance 10/10 recommend
If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t help the women here and they allow foul play and they lack organization and structure. The ppl that are working the front desk don’t know how to speak to people so there’s always drama and Neither does any of the directors. They play favorites and will disrespect you to your face and you can’t do much about it because you need help. It’s absolutely crazy.. it’s dirty.. it stinks. Moldy food roach and knat infested. There was a woman with two kids and pregnant our rooms were all the way at the top. You have to climb the steps with all your kids plus all your things with no help at all. And on the way up you have to pass offices with people who clearly see you struggle to get up to your room and won’t help. It’s dirty and they get off on your failure. I’m glad I no longer stay there and have gotten my life together on my own. It’s just a place to get humiliated and degraded. My son only went to the child crate for a day and he was hungry when I picked him up they never fed him. And his teacher mushed my son’s head right in front of me. So beware. U stick up for yourself or your kid they kick you out.
I have been meaning to write a review since my little one started preschool here in August, and I have been moved enough to remember to actually do it! From the moment we met Ms. Tonya in a totally fateful moment, I knew this would be such a special experience and it has been. My daughter LOVES going to school. She is learning so much already, coming home almost daily singing a new song. She is learning to be social (which was huge). Yesterday was the candy walk to city hall, and I was reminded how above and beyond the teachers go to provide an excellent experience for everyone. My daughter had to quarantine for a bit and became very re-attached to me. She had a blast on the walk, but realized that going back to school meant I would be leaving. She had a fit in the middle of the street. Ms. Tonya came over, picked her up, and walked her back to school with me. I am forever grateful for moments like this, and many others, where Daniella's teachers have gone above and beyond to make sure she has a great experience. Thank you SO much to Ms. Tonya, Ms. Alexis and everyone at Third Street Alliance!
Someone needs to look into who’s running their pre-school program here. My 3 year old was so excited for her first day, she didn’t even cry when leaving me for the first time. I understand the first day can be extremely busy for the teachers and parents, but not only was I not greeted even with just a quick “hello” while dropping her off, I also was quickly handed my hysterically crying toddler while picking her up. No quick update on why she was so upset, nothing posted to her brightwheel, not even a “bye”. The woman just handed her off to me and went back to what she was doing. To me, this sends many red flags up. I had to be the one to ask why my child was crying so hard after being so excited about finally going to preschool. She only told me that it was a long day and that my child would be fine by next week………. My 3 year old still gets upset talking about this place. We enrolled her into a different preschool and have had no issues with it, she loves going! She asks us every morning “we are going to the new preschool not the old one, right?” Think twice before sending your child here…. Even if it is free for low income families, it’s not worth traumatizing your children.
