One of the best daycares ever! Attended when I was a little girl from 6months until 5. Ms. Thelma has coached me academically and she still reaches high to exceed every expectation of the facility! Many of my friends kids have enrolled here and the experience of it all is still a 10/10. Just thinking about the old times of me going brings back good nostalgia and joy!!! Much love Ms. Thelma!!! My daughter went to Ms.Thelma, when she was six months old up until she was 8 I never seen a woman care for all the children the same. I been dealing with Thelma’s Care Daycare for 26 years never had a bad experience. I refer lots of people to her and they loved it. Who teaches children how to read, write, at 2/3 years old. Learn bible verses learn how to pray. This woman has went I’m her pocket to make sure children went on field trips, supplies. Diapers, pull up. Whatever was needed she made sure it happen. Give parents many discounts, Every holiday she was doing something for them. The ones stay for after school she made sure everybody ate therefore when the parents picked them up they was feed homework was done all they needed was a bath and a good night kiss . I say this to say Mrs. Thelma I salute you on today and give your flowers your the BEST daycare In acres homes and the ONLY one that’s been there 30 + years. My kids been going to Thelma Cares Academy since around 2018. She has always took very good care of my children and treats them as her own and they absolutely love her cooking. I thank GOD for sending her our way, don’t hesitate to reach out and enroll your children she is the only one in the area that will work with your situation. Will definitely recommend this daycare to anyone in need.
I’m not sure how yall treat the children at the daycare. Thelma child care daycare van was Turning on the wrong side of the road coming out of Brazos Charter school and almost ranned me and my children over. We was in a small suv turning left on Tidwell into the school. The van made a sharp left and right coming out of the Brazos on the wrong side of the road.
We had two kids go to Thelma Care Academy,And that was the best thing that we could have done for our kids she is an wonder Director and Owner of Thelma Care with the Spirit of God and the love for ur kids as she call her babies,They don't only teach they kids our kids ABC and 123 reading and so on, they also learn about God..Ms Thelma is and place that I recommend anyone any race ,disabled and all to go to cause my family and I know what's Godly person she is . she's wonderful someone that I trust with my kids and grand children... She's the best.....
