It is really hard to reach a real person to schedule or ask anything. I tried to call on Thursday morning to help no English speaker to schedule food pantry. I wait almost 40minutes online, no one answers. I emailed them, no solution. I am wondering why they make the people feel so hard? Shame them?
I was a student in YWCA, and pass my GED test within the specified time period of their award. But never got scholarship as the program promised to students whom pass the GED in last year will be award for $500 dollar and another $500 award for joining the college in the next 2 years. Never got the award nor my other classmate that pass the ged test. So-called reward, so in the end it’s a scam?
Classroom is overcrowded and poorly ventilated. Caught Covid from there and no testing or vaccine proof required. Shame on them that removed my review and covered up students Covid cases. They don’t accept blame when they are wrong!
