Men’s Wearhouse has reached a level of incompetence I didn't think possible. They failed to fulfill my order twice, but the logistics failure is nothing compared to the lack of integrity. I was lied to three separate times by staff regarding the status of my items. After finally being forced to cancel due to their own errors, they refused to refund my $50 voucher. It is effectively theft. To fail at a basic transaction is one thing; to lie about it and then pocket the customer's credit is predatory. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be taking my business to a competitor who actually understands how to fulfill an order and tell the truth. Avoid this place at all costs.

I used Men's wearhouse for the first time and it will be the last. The store sent me a text stating I did not return my suit. They will not answer the phone. Corporate will not answer their phone. Now I have to file a police report. Do not use Men's Wearhouse!!

The store near me advertised that they had a tailor who would alter garments bought outside of Men's Wearhouse, so I took in a pair of slacks that needed to be cuffed. The tailor cut the slacks about 5 inches too short, and the store manager would not pay for the slacks. He only refunded me the cost of the alterations. So they ruined a pair of $150 slacks and then would not pay for them. Totally unacceptable!

Stores by this brand can be hit or miss, but the blatant lies on the website are by the corporate office, like claims of 24/7 to "chat with a member of our support team" that is an A.I. bot that struggles with any question, then tells you to call during normal hours

I completely understand the 1- and 2-star reviews, as I encountered similar issues. However, thanks to Zac, he turned my experience around and saved the day. I want to take a moment to personally recognize Zac for the exceptional service he provided me at Men’s Wearhouse. He went above and beyond to assist me in what felt like an impossible situation with my brother’s upcoming wedding. His dedication to ensuring each customer has a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience truly sets him apart. Zac’s professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to understand customer needs reflect his unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether assisting with suit fittings, offering expert style advice, or simply making customers feel valued and confident in their purchases, his efforts make a significant difference. I kindly ask that he be recognized for his outstanding contributions. Zac is truly the backbone of your Ft. Myers location, and his hard work deserves to be acknowledged. His temperament, work ethic, and leadership qualities are exactly what drive success within your corporation. Given his dedication and skill, I believe he would be a valuable addition to the management team or even at the corporate level.
