This is by far the best daycare my kids have even attended. From the directors Ms Shy & Ms Bri to teachers Ms Nyla, Ms Keys, Ms Q and the rest of the staff all I can say is glowing things. They cared, loved, taught, and nurtured my kids for 3 years now and I couldn’t imagine them being anywhere else! They have definitely become family at this point. They really do go above and beyond for every child there. I’m thankful for Sunshine House 147 and my kids absolutely adore the entire staff. I recommend if your child/children don’t go here that you enroll them immediately!

My son has been going here for 2 years and my daughter for about 5 months. The teachers have all been great and they obviously care for the kids. The director Mrs. Shy has been great as well, any time we have had an issues or concerns we have been able to talk to her and she has been receptive and helpful. We feel heard and the issues have been handled appropriately.

This childcare facility is like a second home for my three boys. I couldn't ask for a better place for my boys to be while their dad and I are working, or just want a day for errands and "date-days". The boys absolutely love the staff and their friends. They have grown and developed so much since they began going here, even the three month old came home his first day like a new baby! The price of the facility is "above market rate", but compared to the other facilites across Fayetteville I believe it is fair, and they also offer first responder and military discounts. 10/10 I recommend.

I can not express enough how grateful we are for the team at Sunshine House. My daughter has attended for over 2 years and throughout that time has grew and learned so much. The teachers go beyond what they have to and have really become family. When my daughter graduated from PreK in May , Ms Bre & Ms Nyla made sure to attend even though she was not even going to the center at that time. My daughter has since returned back to the Sunshine house for before and after school care. Ms Shy the director also has showed the same level of care for my daughter . Really a great center !

My daughter attended this center for over two years and was abruptly removed from care with no explanation, no written notice, and no valid reason provided. The day before, I was told she would be placed back in the system and could return. Less than 24 hours later, I was suddenly told she could no longer attend. This sudden reversal caused a major disruption to my childcare, my job, and my daughter’s emotional routine. There was no communication, no warning, and no attempt to work with me—even after years of attendance. I reached out to corporate for clarity, and I am still waiting for any kind of explanation. Parents should know that enrollment here can be ended without warning, without documentation, and without cause—leaving families with no childcare overnight. Follow-Up: After reading other parents’ reviews, I noticed that some families received going-away bags and warm goodbyes when their children left. My daughter attended for over two years and received none of that — no notice, no explanation, and no goodbye. For your child’s sake and for anyone who needs reliable childcare while working, I would not recommend this center. They removed my daughter abruptly without any warning or justification. Please don’t paint the picture as if this was simply a careful decision you made. If people knew the full story of what actually happened — from the way my daughter was treated to the way her removal was handled — they would see this situation very differently. No matter how long it takes, I will follow this through legally until my daughter receives the justice she deserves.
