The Sunshine House INC. #145-A

Our son had never been in daycare, my husband and I visited so many daycares before deciding to enroll him in the Sunshine House. It took some time to adjust (mainly for me) but Ms Tauneka and Ms Desma were there from the beginning and helped make the transition smooth. Ms Tauneka always embraces my child with a warm hug and even brightens my day as soon as we walk in. She made us feel comfortable with me leaving our child at daycare for the first time. My child loves her and always gets excited to see her. It's hard to trust someone with the care of your child without knowing them but Ms Tauneka and Ms Desma were so loving, caring, patient and genuine from the beginning. They are both the example of loving your job and the children you take care of. I would definitely recommend the Sunshine House room 1 for your little ones!

It has been a long journey to me as a new mommy here but it has been a beautiful one. Right from the start my daughter is so quiet and hasn't been around many kids. Ms.Asia helped her interact with other kids. Mina felt very comfortable with being here. She started coming out of her shyness. The atmosphere here was wonderful. Ms.Tashia and Ms.Vesca are always making sure my daughter is safe. I can't thank you all enough. Everyone was very professional. If you want to make sure that you are treated like family, the Sunshine House will make you feel like you are home.

We were really struggling to find a daycare with an open slot for my baby. At first, I really didn’t want to go with them because it is a bit costly, but it definitely pays off with all the extras and awesome care they do provide. My baby loves it there and they are so good to her. All the staff there are so sweet and welcoming which really helps when it is your first child and having to bring them to daycare. Definitely would recommend this daycare at this location hands down. 2/7/2020 update: My daughter has been there over a year now, and she still loves it. I love it. All the teachers are great and so is their leadership. I am so blessed that she attends this Sunshine House. if you are looking for a daycare; you don't have to look any further. If they have a waitlist, get on it!

My one and only daughter has been going to this daycare for three years. All of her teachers have been wonderful. They are very supportive, loving, caring, informative, and patient people. It is a blessing that my daughter loves to learn and her teachers love to teach! Her current teacher is absolutely amazing! Ms Jasmine has been incredible with my daughter. The staff makes you feel like family. They are warm and encouraging from the time you walk in until each child is gone. They have been a blessing to me and my daughter.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! I am deeply disappointed with the care provided at Sunshine House on Camden Road. Recently, I discovered that my granddaughter was left unattended for an extended period, which is completely unacceptable and concerning. It is shocking to learn that a daycare would neglect to supervise children properly. My granddaughter was left alone, without any adult supervision, for a significant amount of time 13 minutes to be exact. This is a serious safety concern and demonstrates a severe lack of responsibility on the part of the staff. Overall, our experience with Sunshine House at Camden Road has been extremely disappointing and alarming. This daycare has failed to meet even the most basic standards of care. I strongly advise other parents to think twice before enrolling their children at any Sunshine House Daycare until significant improvements are made in their supervision and safety protocols. Leaving a 2 year old unsupervised could have been tragic and when the teachers were approached at the center both were unaware a child was missing! And one is still employed by the center, I hope your child is not in a classroom with Jessica. Clearly they are putting profits before the well being of children!
