The Sunshine House

Be cautious when doing business with this center. I loved my child’s teachers( only reason for 2 stars), but their business ethics are terrible! Their billing department needs to be looked into because they will miss things regarding payments and then do a random audit and slap you with a big bill and expect you to pay it in a short amount of time. In my case I had to call and question where the additional fees came from and was told that I could set up a payment arrangement to then receive a phone call the next week being told if I don’t pay $500+ by the end of the day that my child could not return. I had to advocate for myself (another worker at the center also advocated for me) and tell them how much of an inconvenience it was for them to then go back and say I could make a payment arrangement. They will also continue to pull payments when it is returned instead of making you aware after the first time so that it can be corrected.Their processes need to be improved! Between my two children over 4 years they have caused so many inconveniences!

Our 3 month-old son has been going to Center 31 for a few weeks now and he absolutely loves it! The teachers really care about the children and pay attention to their needs. He really has taken a liking to his teachers and they are always engaging with him. As new parents it has been so reassuring to know our son is being cared for while at work. The infant care program is great here, too. The teachers have activity cards that they work with your child on to keep them active and work on their development. The director and assistant director are also great. They are always friendly and greet you with smiles. And, they are willing to help answer any questions you may have. We are so happy that our son is at this location! And, we strongly recommend you look into enrolling your child today if you are looking for reliable childcare.

All smiles here!!! My son just started here a little over a month ago and the whole entire staff are just wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful when I have questions or concerns. The teachers are great with making my son feel welcome and comfortable when he enters class. I feel very comfortable leaving my son in their care. They also send daily reports and photos to help keep parents informed. I'm glad I've chose this Sunshine House for my son to attend. Awesome job guys!!

We have been so happy with the care that our child has received here. We have been coming to the Sunshine House since our little one was 6 weeks old. Our child knows every teachers name and good byes are always long daily. The Directors, Asst Director, and all the teachers truly do care about my child and she knows it. I especially love the activities that are happening in my child's current room that scream creativity. The best of both worlds-- play and learning have been found here. The center also have many activities through the year that the children and parents benefit from. We are truly grateful of the caring staff and proud to be a parent of a child that attends the Sunshine House!

My daughter has attended the sunshine house since she was 5 months old now she is going on four and she couldn't be at a better child care facility. I feel at ease while at work knowing that she is in good hands from the director on down to the teachers and cook. They are truly family and she is always eager to go everyday. Such a loving, nuturing and caring environment. I would recommend this childcare to anyone. Did I mention I'm one of those over protective parents that do not really trust anyone with my only baby!! However I really love and trust this center that love my daughter as if she's their daughter and for that I am forever thankful and grateful.
