The Sunshine House #49

Hello parents. My Jaxson is autistic with severe allergies and a play in mud always on 100 boy boy. Jaxson can have his moments and as a single mom I get nervous about who's working with Jaxson. In a pinch we had to move from our other daycare center and I was burnt out by facilities that lacked the support for children with disabilities. God knew what Jaxson and I needed when Michelle answered the phone; another mom to hear me concerns. Sunshine House has a lot of friendly staff and the best part is they take their time with kids. Every child is special and needs attention so I can understand why teachers may appear to be overwhelmed. However, if the teachers here are overwhelmed; they hide this very well!! Some of the teachers understand and specialize in special needs kiddos which helps every child in the classroom. Jaxson was being bullied in a physical and mental health manner at his last center and I dreaded coming to get him because daily there was an incident report. Since coming to Sunshine House Jaxson has not had a single report of harm done to him outside of normal kid play. Jaxson gets outdoor time daily even if there is a slight chill and he loves that!! As a single mom with an autistic child who has severe allergies; this center has calmed my fears and I am so grateful they are able to be kind and work with us. Thank you

We have been at The Sunshine House for the last two years with both of my children and have had an amazing experience! Every teacher is warm and welcoming, it is a very safe environment, and Michelle, the center director, is always very informative of events and changes that are coming up. If you are looking for a fantastic preschool, look no further than Sunshine House!

My family and I truly love and appreciate this daycare! Our son is 17 months old and has been in their care for over a year now. The director and each and every teacher has been incredible with him and us, and our son runs to hug his teachers. Not only does our son make friends in his class, we have made some, too! We are blessed to be in great and safe hands here!

The Sunshine House of Kennesaw team have been exceptional with their understanding and supporting of my childcare needs. Their before and aftercare options provide a peace of mind given the fixed schedules of so many working families. Their app has been a wonderful way to keep in touch and see how the days are going, with timely updates on the variety of activities, foods, and fun shared by all. They understand, they care, they help!

My wife and i love this daycare! Both of our boys, ages 5 and 18 months have been going since as long as i can remember and let me tell you, they always have a blast every day! They have smiles on their faces when they walk in and they're exhausted when we're on our way home which is great because they'll bounce for hours if you let them! The staff is super friendly and communicative which a plus! We currently have a newborn but it's safe to say he'll be joining the crew soon when old enough. I'm grateful my kids are in, not only capable hands, but in a loving and caring community where i know they'll forever be treated with not only kindness, but respect and love.
