We have been sending our daughter here since she was 4 months old. She is now almost 5 and we are still very pleased with the quality of care and environment she is surrounded with. The teachers and caregivers truly care for the children and it is reflected everyday in their sweet and helpful demeanor. As a parent, it's not easy to leave your children and go to work, but I feel confident in knowing our LO is in good hands everyday when we drop her off!
My husband and I were so picky about where to send our girls for daycare but when we walked into Sunshine Cottage, we just knew it was the right fit for us. Not only is it an adorable school on the outside but it’s clean and colorful on the inside and we’ve loved all their teachers. Jennifer will go out of her way to make you comfortable, is gentle and kind and is a solid leader for the school. Even as my girls are experiencing “stranger danger” now, they’ve never once cried while being dropped off and are always greeted with a smile, so I know they feel safe too!
We love Sunshine Cottage! Our little one has been there for almost a year. They communicate well, send pictures most days. We love that they have a meal plan. All has moved through 3 “grades” and all the teachers have all been lovely. We plan to stay for a long time.
We have had nothing but great experiences at Sunshine Cottage. The staff and admin are awesome. From the daily updates, to general communication, class structure/activities and the overall care for my child. I have recommended this place to numerous people and will continue to do so. We love Sunshine! My 4yo is leaving at the end of July to start preschool and I am so thankful for this school. She started a 15mo and Ms. Jennifer was so wonderful and welcoming. We now have a 3 yo there and will enroll our youngest in early 2026. If you are looking for a school with teachers who love the kids, this is a great place. Childcare is a hard business to run and the management team in place super responsive and continuously evolving to meet the needs of a changing market.
