OTR: Follow Truck Route. Several truck restrictions are nearby. Best route to arrive is from the south via Richland, OH, and turn Right on Raspberry Lane (after main plant). Has SHIPPING AND RECEIVING Entrance Sign. Do NOT turn on High Street because very Tight right turn with blind corner. NO Overnight parking onsite. NO truck parking nearby. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. May unload early on same day appointment. Shipping and Receiving open 24/7. The trailer MUST be the food grade rated. Otherwise, the trailer will be rejected if it is not food grade rated (no holes, dry, clean, no odors). Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The bathroom is available next to the shipping office. Gated facility: with security. Good lighting. Tandems to the rear. Limited space, but manageable to maneuver. Must have straps to secure load. Scale onsite, with digital meter to scale axles. Load is Heavy. Pets allowed.
Came 6pm for picking up and guy at guard said my appointment 10pm and told me to park on street and wait for the call! I said okay fair enough! I know I came bit early from my appointment cause I thought it shouldn’t be a problem after I read some reviews!! So I went back to street and parked there for my own risks!! Waited there 6 hours!! Called me around 12am for a Door.. so I was bit Mad and thinking about the Appointment things!! Why this Appointment time there? Broker said 10pm,, they told me 10pm and why then I got called after 12am? Which 2 hours later for my appointment time.. is it made any sense that Appointment time?? And then they took another 2 hours for loading!! Was Done almost 2am!! Spending 8 hours on a one place, doesn’t make you feel it’s alright or okay!! Only good thing about the tattoo guy inside was nice and let me used the Restroom!! So don’t come early and Avoid the time wasting plus there is no restroom on street, where they kicked drivers!!
This company owns Jif. I consumed their product when they had the salmonella outbreak. They do not care about their consumers. So if you support them & buy their products & you get sick, they will not help you! I would recommend a company that has morals for the consumer who spend their hard earned money to support their company!
Plz bring back the Deep Fried Twinkies you got in the freezer section! They were amazing an just because you bought Hostess doesn't mean u should discontinue something ppl like!
