What Parents Say
NOTE: These reviews appear to be for a Salvation Army social services facility (food bank, laundry, utilities assistance, support meetings), not a daycare center. Reviews consistently praise the caring, helpful staff and valuable community resources provided to those in need.
The desk person was amazing. This is such a good resource for people who are food insecure. They listen to what people need. They do the best they can for what they have and I know everybody who gets food there is grateful thank you for your help
I have found myself from time to time interested in the food bank opportunities hoping for this week not only can you pick up for you and your family once a month but they are daily offers and that's pretty handy sometimes. I'll tell you it certainly help the volunteers all the volunteers great folks
The facility was crowded and the all female staff worked together to cater to the needs of the people.. The breakfast was like eating dinner at breakfast time.. if ever in Nampa and need a hot shower or need your laundry done I would refer salvation army Nampa branch..
I came to get assistance with my utility bill for Nampa was told that they're still accepting applications and to go on to the website. I go on the website and it says that they aren't accepting any more applications till the 1st of the month. I called them back and was told that the website is having issues and to keep trying. Til then my water is getting shut off tomorrow.
Salvation army they are definitely salvation especially in these trying times after being in lockdown from COVID-19 and the job situation might be able to find work me and my family were able to get food boxes and other services from them bill pay like utilities. If you're in need definitely go see them and when you're not in need to not forget to give back to the community. It takes a village.
