The amenities are great and the people are kind, but struggle with the systems whether it be for a registration or a guest pass. They need tech-literate workers. Or better trainings. They move and type slow and don’t understand the programs. It’s frustrating. Also kind ≠ good customer service. Comprehension is important too. Shout out to the one girl in the evenings who knows how to work a computer. Everybody else needs training. Badly.

Staff at the front desk is very Rude and uneducated about the membership and facility. I rode my bike to the center to get more information because I signed up on line . The ladies at the front desk couldn’t wait to tell me NO (I could even get a question out of my mouth). Anyway i will attend the center in Camden which doesn’t require a 100 dollar down payment and is half the price every month.

It’s a beautiful place, the amenities are beyond enlightening. I visited with my family for a summer and we had such a good time, the building is even gorgeous, it’s a one in all place to enjoy, relax, and have a great time.

A lot of the gym equipment is broken, and some machines seem permanently out of order. The 'no kids 12 and under' rule isn’t enforced at all. Too many people show up without any gym etiquette — it feels like a Planet Fitness crowd sometimes. You’ll see people working out in bathing suits and never cleaning the machines. It’s a decent gym overall, but the broken machines and the people who are just to lazy to clean their machines make it less enjoyable.

Amazing! My family and I were looking for a pool after 2 other ones: one had a membership price of $400 for a month and the other didn’t take members out of cheltenham township. But the Kroc center was phenomenal, you’re greeted with amazing people and the membership was about $100-200 a month but we got the extra fees off (extra fees which would add up to about $300 in total) because of military discount. So this was an overall phenomenal experience! But yes there is a shortage of lifeguards which cause the water slide to be closed and not in use currently.
