Salvation Army still proclaims to service minded. The newer one on Grove Wood is a shell.of what it was built for. Totally needs sold to a church with outreach programs to serve this barren area. Tried to reach the admin only got a recording, none there past 11. Ring the bell for what?? 1 or 2 nominal toys per family??
