Called to get help soon as the appointment line open up at 9 someone picked up they outta of funds how when you just open up the appointment lines....they take the fund money help who they know an get everyone else later smmfh

Just called to ask for hotel voucher as they claim to provide them. I was told to call today but of course I was told they don't have any funds. This is the sorriest place and people should think twice about donating. I donate all the time and can never get any help if I need it. I have 5 kids and am paying 150 a night for hotel. This is a sad and sorry place.

Community oriented...they offer free meals 2 the community...free access 2 showers with basic Necessities being provided towels soap lotion shampoo conditioner razors, t shirts underwear & socks when donations permit...job search assistance...as well as assistance with utilities...gas and electricity when donations permit...friendly staff...great volunteers...consider them when doing ur spring cleaning...donations needed and welcomed....190 S Maple St Akron Ohio
