They asked no questions. They're very understanding of your siduation and They are more than willing to help you to make sure you are set. They go Aboveand beyond and they're very generous with what they give you. Very courteous
The worst gate keepers ever! They have a monopoly on who gets housing assistance, meaning even if I know of resources in the community that are helping clients they must go through SA first! When you call them they just say there’s no resources and to call churches. Good luck everyone and check my FB page for all the housing resources in West Michigan we find out about.
This ia the worst non profit ever supposedly thr central Hub for housing in grand rapids but can't help nobody I get voicemail after voicemail take the assessment which I had to wait 4 hours for a call back to take only to be denied an no agency will help without them I called back an kept getting transferred to a voicemail told to hit zero then two only to go back to the same voicemail it's truly a waste of time when your truly in need
