What Parents Say
The Royal Palace receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from most parents, with strong praise for caring staff, safe environment, affordability, and structured programming. However, one parent reported a serious incident involving poor communication and accountability from a staff member named Mrs. Brisa regarding bus transportation, leading to withdrawal from the facility.
My child has been coming to Royal Palace Childcare for close to a year now. I am very grateful for the care she has been getting there from the teachers. She has learnt her shapes and numbers and enjoys playing outside with the other children . I also appreciate the affordability. If you are looking for childcare, I would recommend checking them out!
Best daycare ever! Vary good to my baby, he learns so much here and the teachers are understanding as well, a safe place that's affordable. I love that its next to the church ⛪️ and the cross of christ is near.
The Royal Palace is a Great daycare! They are very good with children, I highly recommend taking your kids here if you need care, Great place! 😃
This person does not communicate proply and does not know her vocabulary. She does not take accountability for her mistakes. She gets defensive and avoids communication too resolve the issue. This person lies. I have determined she is a unfit children's caretaker and my son is not safe. I have pulled my child out of the daycare. This person did an awful unsafe thing with my child and lied too avoid taking accountability and tried too brush it underneath the rug. We all make mistakes and that's okay, we learn from them and take accountability. I have determined my child is unsafe at the royal palace daycare. This individuals name is Mrs Brisa. My child has been coming here for 5 months and to think I had my child around such person makes me feel sad and sick to my stomach. This is upsetting, I am highly disappointed with royal palace daycare. After what I just experienced with Mrs Brisa I would be careful with youre children around her, they are not safe. Mrs Brisa does not do morning buses for children and I got a voicemail saying my child has been refused transportation and too pick him up, she was demanding on the voicemail and sounded aggravated. My child told Mrs Brisa & the other caretaker that this bus was not his bus so the adults waited 40 minutes because my child said his bus was coming. There was no communication between the bus driver and the care takers (Mrs Brisa). The adults co firmed there was no communication between them or the bis driver. I called my child's school and told them why they refused to take my child. Nobody refused anybody, It came down too a adult along with another adult not taking accountability for there mistake and lieng on other people and trying too put the blame on the bis driver. That in itself is frustrating. Mrs Brisa tried too gaslight me into believing her unvalid statements to be true and proper. I talked too her calm and collective and after hearing her out and her not taking accountability and apologizing for putting the blame on other people and was ready too put my child in a bus that is not his bus just too brush everything under a rug is disturbing and unstable. She is unstable and should not work with children. Very upset. At the end of the day, my child is safe now and well, he will not be coming to this daycare no more.
My children have been attending this daycare for a couple of years. I have great communication from the staff. They also do a good job keeping me in the loop whenever there is behavior I need to address with my children. I highly recommend this place. Especially if you’re in the local area.
