Horrible . Horrible . Horrible . Do NOT recommend… if Tae still works here is only young teacher I’ll say that can watch my baby when she was 2-3 years old anyone else is TRASH . New supervisor (Joe) is average The teachers barely greet you when dropping off your child . The middle class room don’t clean or Disinfect the room . My child got sick on many occasions in the second classroom . Even when she missed (2) weeks of being sick we still had to pay tuition . I took my child out and put her in public school and been great since . No weekly tuition and she goes full time . Don’t recommend at ALL!!!!
We have triplets that go to Red Balloon and they love it! The staff is outstanding and the owner Helena is genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of the kiddos and committed to making their time at Red Balloon as fun and worthwhile as possible. The rates are reasonable, the facilities are clean, with large rooms and lots of space outside for the children to play. Our children are learning and developing good habits intellectually and socially at Red Balloon, which is especially important to us being that my wife and I are both teachers. We recommend Red Balloon with out hesitation. They’re the best! Doug & Pauline
I was new to the daycare world after having my son and restarting work after 2 years. Miss Helena, Miss Liz, Miss Bridget, ALL of the teachers are so welcoming and warm and immediately put your mind at ease. Our tour was thorough and Helena answered all of our questions. We receive regular updates and pictures throughout the day. My son now LOVES "school" and seeing his teacher and friends. I can't imagine him anywhere else now. If you're thinking of it.... call for a tour; you won't regret it.
My son started at 3 years of age and went thru the whole preschool program. And he did wonderfully. He was always met by a loving staff member who was always professional. They even taught him how to swim! While they do have some staff that is younger I have to disagree with another review that says how they acted. And any good parent would NOT have aloud there child to continue there for over a year if they were that unhappy. My son still goes back for the summer camp to see the friends he has made there. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly.
Absolutely love this daycare my son has been there since he was 2 months old Linda and tori are the best and make me feel comfortable to drop him off, my two older kids are 8 and 10 and they go to the summer camp program and they have so much fun and love it so much denise is a fabulous teacher my daughter talks wonders about her. The daycare is very clean very organized.
