The Prep School Of Bee Cave

We’ve been part of the Prep for five years, and it has truly felt like an extension of our family. From the very beginning, it’s been a place where our kids feel safe, loved, and encouraged to be themselves. We currently have a three-year-old and an 11-month-old here, and the bonds we’ve built with their teachers mean so much to us. Our oldest recently transitioned to kindergarten, and it went far more smoothly than we ever expected. He felt confident and prepared, and that’s a direct result of the thoughtful academic and emotional preparation he received here. We are incredibly grateful for this school and the people in it. I recommend it wholeheartedly to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality place for their children.

Our daughter has been at this school since she was an infant, and now nearing two years old, we continue to feel so grateful for the love, care, and professionalism she receives every day. The teachers are warm, engaging, and genuinely invested in the kids’ development. We’ve seen her grow and learn at such an incredible pace since joining. What stands out most is how safe she feels—she adores her teachers and gets excited whenever she sees both current and former ones. The leadership team is also exceptional: they communicate clearly, act thoughtfully, and handle any concerns with seriousness and care. We deeply trust them and feel confident she is in the very best hands.

My two kids, each at very different stages/ages, have absolutely thrived at The Prep! We have been there for almost 4 years now—it is the best private preschool / daycare in Bee Cave and even Westlake. Trust me, I have toured them all! I drive all the way to Bee Cave from Westlake because we love it so much! Finding a school around here that supports both a younger and an older child can be challenging, but the Prep truly excels at meeting kids where they are while helping them grow and learn! The balance of play and education is outstanding. Each day, our 4yo comes home excited to share what she did all day! The teachers know how to keep learning fun while still building real skills, and it shows in our kids’ confidence and development. The administrative team deserves special praise. They are incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in every family’s experience. Whether it’s daily updates, thoughtful check-ins, or seamless handling of schedules and transitions, the admin staff sets the tone for a warm and well-run environment. The school and its amenities is my fave part and why I won’t ever leave! Bright, clean, and purposefully designed, the classrooms and play areas create an inviting space where children can explore safely and comfortably. No other school in the area has a tech room, multi-purpose room (gym), cafeteria, SEVERAL Playgrounds, and an amazing splash pad! We’re grateful to have found a school that provides such a nurturing, enriching environment for both of our kids. Highly recommend to any family in the Bee Cave area!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at The PREP! My son has been in the infant room since he was 5 months old, and his teachers are the best — they don’t just take care of my child, they care for him. Their warmth, patience, and genuine love towards the kiddos give me total peace of mind every day. From the directors to the classroom teachers, everyone we’ve interacted with has been consistently kind, professional, and supportive. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where little ones can grow and thrive. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my child smiles big when being dropped off and that I know is in great hands while my husband and I are at work.

My family has called the PREP home for 5 years and have loved our time at this sweet school! Both of our children started in the infant school and our oldest is currently in the 5K program. The teachers work so hard to nurture and care for our babies and the friendships my kids (and my husband and I) have made are so special! We appreciate management so much for working to make each week fun and enriching! Highly recommend!!
