The Premier School

My children have been attending The Premier School since 2023. We've had a fabulous experience with every classroom. The teachers have great patience and are very caring towards the children.

My son went here for less than a month and my experience was horrible. I would not recommend anyone send their children here if they actually want them to receive any kind of kindness or empathy. If your child currently attends here I encourage you to speak with your children and ask them how their experiences with the staff and treatment is. I have heard from children about the mistreatment and mean teachers that are there. It has been stated by the co director Renee that the teachers Michelle and Christy (preschool teachers) have no empathy for the children. They should not be working with anyone’s kids. Christy has encouraged bulling by calling children cry babies and laughing about it with the other kids. The owner Janell is part of the problem also. She refuses to address any of the concerns brought up by parents as well as other staff members because she is afraid of loosing tenured staff. What’s more important the children’s safety and wellbeing or keeping staff that clearly does not like working with kids? It’s a sad shame no child should feel left out and ostracized by the staff and unfortunately that is a repeated cycle here. This is a place where they sit on their phones ignoring the care for children while they sit them in front of a tv screen. Glorified babysitters. There are much better childcare facilities that provide much better care. Please continue looking! Once again if you have a child that attends here please ask them about their experience. What I have heard from the children while picking up my son is not good at all. I pray for the emotional and mental well being of these children that are still here. Hopefully there is a change starting with new staff who actually enjoy working with children.

We went for a tour here today. I have to be honest, I’m surprised by these positive reviews. Maybe I just caught them at a bad moment/day. They mentioned the person at the front desk had to step out which is totally fine, but no one else was watching the front desk and we watched several people just walk right in. In the infant room, there were blankets in cribs which is a huge safe sleep concern. The person giving the tour tried to tell me this guideline recently changed and it has not. Blankets in cribs are never acceptable, it’s an entrapment risk. In one infant room, there were 2 teachers sitting in a dark room and some of the children were crying/not being attended to. I understand in group care, some kids need to wait their turn but they did not look enthusiastic at all. In the other infant room, there was literally screen time playing on a laptop for the kids to look at(Mickey mouse clubhouse) The person who did our tour was super nice and I would probably trust her with my child, but I was not impressed with what I saw in the classrooms. Just listing some of the things I saw as it’s definitely parental choice if you are comfortable with these things happening or not. For me, it’s a no.

A place to be for kids from infant to school age.The staffs and director are very friendly and welcoming...I am really well pleased with the way they helped raise my daughter 😀 She love all her infant room teachers and it's still difficult but I love the way her teachers take turns to see her in her new class.My son has really pick up too especially with communication ❤️. He now talk well and respond very well.Thank Premier school for all you do for my kids

Premier School provides excellent care to my nine month old son. The staff, director and owner go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure he getting the best possible while I am at work. The director and owner know each and every child by name and the pride they take in the schools shows. The school is always well kept and organized. I feel totally at ease and confident my child is well taken care of each day. As a mother, I could not ask for more.
