What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Treehouse Children's Academy for exceptional care, learning opportunities, and family-like treatment of children. Staff are described as welcoming, attentive, and genuinely loving toward the children. The center's Christian values and developmental programs (including sign language instruction) are highlighted as standout features.
I’ve heard so much about this preschool from my guy Devean, and everything he’s shared has been nothing but positive. Seeing how well they treat Elijah M. just confirms it even more. Based on what I’ve seen and what he’s told me, I would seriously consider sending my own kids here. I really appreciate the Christian aspect as well it adds a sense of values, warmth, and purpose that you don’t find everywhere. It truly feels like a place where kids are cared for, supported, and genuinely loved.
“My grandbabies (Baxters) love it here! The staff treat them like family, and the daily updates mean so much to us. They’ve been coming since they were 3 months old, and now, almost 3 years later, they’re still learning and thriving.”
My son constantly came home with bruises (on his face), scratches, marks, a black eye one time. He’s got about 3 scars, one on his forehead that’s pretty deep. The staff are all younger and they are definitely not equipped to care for as many kids as there are to a room. They do not watch the kids properly. On multiple occasions I seen kids throwing, hitting, biting, running around with the teacher not paying attention. The kids are left to pretty much be wild and your child WILL pick up on the behaviors since it’s COMPLETELY unorganized & poorly ran. Even though your child learns these things from the daycare they will constantly send your child home. It definitely seems like they will send kids home rather than deal with them or make any changes to the classroom behaviors. I heard a teacher say “tell her (another teacher) she’s gonna have to learn to deal with _______ because I can’t keep taking him”. On multiple pick ups I’ve seen the kids rough housing, grabbing pulling each other, pushing, wrestling but unless your child is one they “can’t handle” it’s unnoticed. They DO NOT take accountability regarding supervision of the children and rather than creating a better classroom plan they will hold the child accountable. They do not listen to parents regarding what works or would help with their child. I know of 2 other people who had to pull their child due to seeing favoritism as well as their child always coming home with multiple marks and accounts of bullying. My daughter was also bullied. I witnessed another little girl consistently being mean and saying ugly things to her but it’ll nothing was done about it, my daughter was considered the problem bc she reacted back to the other child’s taunts. Steer clear of this daycare, the principal is unprofessional & unless you want your kid coming home with accidents left and right or being called to pick up with no type of redirection or behavior plans this is not the place for your children.
My grandson Elijah M. attends Treehouse Academy and he is absolutely loving this daycare! He loves his teachers and has learned so much! At 18 months he is communicating his needs with us very well through sign language! Big shout out to this daycare for taking such great care of our Elijah!!!!
My grandson, Elijah M., has been attending Treehouse Children’s Academy since he was just a couple of months old. Now, at 18 months, he communicates with us through sign language and is such a social butterfly. My mother owned and ran a very successful day care center and I worked there, then later co-owned it. She would absolutely have loved this day care and the people who staff the 82nd location. Thank you all for helping raise our little guy!!! We love you!!!
