This is hands down one of the worst daycare services. They hire glorified teachers aka moms who have their own children in the classroom. After my child's 2nd day of daycare complaining of being bullied by another kid we inquired with the "teachers" and as we were defensively being told that this kid would never and she sees everything as my husband watches the little boy punching another kid within eye sight. Come to find out that kid is the teachers son. When i picked him up from daycare i was ignore by every glorified teacher not a single one ackowledged my existence meanwhile im watching a kid break out the unlocked door into the parking lot. We also discovered that both teachers that work in his room are relatives which explains the favoritism. Since we inquired we are told non stop that our child is a 180 version of himself. It has been such a bad experience for my kid. Upon reaching out to the director by email she never once responded but she was right there with a quick response when we were first thinking of enrolling. If you're looking for a daycare with licensed workers this is not the place. If you want safety for your child this is not the place. If you are looking for a place with professionalism this is not the place. We are so deeply horrified and disgusted by this establishment.
