The Nook Daycare South Loop LLC

I’m a mom of 7week old boy was looking for a day care that appear to my values and what I personally want as a parent I had a chance to tour the Nook today and was greeted Warmly by a regional by the name of Charolette so was very nice, very very good listener and attentive to what I was saying regarding my concerns for daycare and understood where I was coming from. During the course of the tour she explained in grave detail of each room and introduced me to each teach. All the teachers were bubbly energetic & had the children entertained. The establishment was very clean free from smell and organized. I’ll sum my experience up with I’m looking forward to my sons admission here and will be referring to other moms at the work place.

I can’t say enough great things about my son’s daycare! From the moment we walk in, we’re always greeted with warmth and genuine care. Ms. Diane, Tiana W., Tiana M., Dashia, and Nia are absolutely amazing …they go above and beyond to make sure my son feels loved, safe, and engaged every single day. It’s clear they truly care about the kids and take pride in what they do. The communication with parents is great, and I always feel informed and supported. Thank you, Tiana W., Tiana M., Dashia, and Nia, for all that you do in the infant classroom! 💛 I would definitely recommend “The Nook” for childcare!

My daughter has been attending The Nook since May. I was a nervous wreck placing her into daycare before the age of 1, but i don’t regret my decision not 1 bit! She’s been in two classes so far and her teachers Ms. Jada and Ms. Tierra have treated her so well. Shes always in a great mood when i drop her off and pick her up . The staff keeps you up to date on your child all day which is also a great sense of comfort . I recommend this day care for any parents looking for peace of mind , safety, cleanliness , and an overall family feel.

We are so grateful for The Nook in the South Loop. Our baby girl was originally enrolled to start at a different daycare, and after a very last minute change to their opening date, we were able to get in, tour, and sign up within two weeks time, all thanks to Diane and the rest of their team. Our daughter has shown so much growth since starting, which is especially gratifying as she was born 2 months early and spent her first month in the NICU. The best part of my day is seeing the up-to-date posts on their app of the activities, feedings, diaper changes & (the Best!) photos. They are always quick to respond to any message we have and are thoughtful in their responses and feedback. Ms. Dashia, and both Ms. Tianas really care about our daughter and we are thankful to have a safe and happy space for her to go every day :)

As a chef myself, I always want to ensure that everyone, regardless of their dietary needs, has a seat at the table and a delicious meal to enjoy. My daughter follows a plant-based diet, and I am so grateful to Chef Tiana for doing such an incredible job making sure she never feels left out. A huge thank you as well to the amazing teachers who go above and beyond to make her feel like she truly fits in. Thank you for taking such great care of her.
